1. Service Description
PromptShield provides AI safety capabilities, including text scanning, sensitive data redaction, tool-call auditing, policy management, and usage analytics.
2. Account and Access
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and API keys and must not share them with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for actions taken under your account and should revoke leaked or unused keys promptly.
3. Subscription and Billing
Free and paid plans differ in features, quotas, and limits. Paid features (such as higher project limits, policy capabilities, and longer audit retention) are governed by the current pricing page and hosted checkout flow.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activities, abusive attacks, excessive spam traffic, bypassing security controls, or infringing the rights of others. We may limit or suspend abusive behavior.
5. Availability and Changes
We continuously improve the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update features, quotas, APIs, or documentation and provide notice for material changes when reasonable.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". You are responsible for evaluating and managing production and compliance risks in your own environment.
